Massage and soft tissue therapy applied on the whole body, with extra attention to the problematic areas. The additional 15 min enables me to work thoroughly the tightest spots, applying different techniques and trying different positions. This session normally includes the following areas: back, shoulders, neck, legs (front and back), glutes, arms, hands and head, and maybe also abdomen or feet? It's completely your choice.
